Arms & Abs - Strengthen and tone your upper body and core in this invigorating class using body weight resistance and dumbbells
Beginner Pilates - Focuses on basic Pilates principles: core strength, increased flexibility, breath control, and correct alignment to improve posture.
Circuit Training - Step up to the challenge of improving your strength, agility, and balance as you work your way through this challenging circuit of exercises timed in specific intervals.
Yoga - Increase your strength, stamina, and flexibility with traditional asana practice in a flow or vinyasa format. Attention is given to the foundation, alignment, and quality of breath in each pose.
