The Bobcat golf course is honestly one of the finest 18 hole tracks in golf. The Bobcat was once recognized in the top 50 nationally. A wonderfully flowing course in the classic Ron Garl, Florida design. It has been said that more earth was moved to create the rolling hills of the Bobcat than any other course in Florida. Host to the annual LPGA Tour Qualifier and our annual Celebrity Golf Classic, the grand reputation of the Bobcat lives on and grows in stature each year as continual enhancements and modern playability standards shape her future. Certainly one of the best conditioned and maintained southern courses.

The Panther course was opened for play in 1987. Ron Garl also designed this compliment to the Bobcat to be distinctly different in look and presentation to players. Unique to the original design were many fairway pot bunkers and several sharp dogleg holes. While this track is not quite as long as it's counterpart, the Bobcat, it is definitely more tricky. Architect Stephen Key produced a renovation here in 1999. through that effort the greens complexes were enlarged, made more undulating, included more dramatic bunkering and installed the new TifEagle bermuda grass for a more durable surface and certainly quicker putting surfaces. Holes #12 through #15 are referred to as the "Panther's Claw" and for deserving reasons. Plantation hosts the annual LPGA Tour Qualifier and each year the shorter Panther course averages at least on shot more difficult than the Bobcat.
