Hello, My name is Scott Harrison, your Executive Chef here at Plantation. I would like to take a moment to say what a great club this is. It has been wonderful getting to know so many of you, and your particular tastes. Please note that we make nearly everything here from scratch, and will always do whatever is necessary to make your dining experience memorable. We change roughly half of the menu every week so that we are able to offer a wide range of flavors and cuisines. We are an MSG free kitchen and will always accommodate your tastes by substituting olive oil for butter or any other requests that you may have, simply ask your server to get the Chef. Thank you
